The complex
Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas is a recently inaugurated complex in the seaside town of Abades, southern Tenerife (Canary Islands). It is a private, waterfront housing development where every little detail is taken care of to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to make you feel at home. Its wild and natural surroundings make it one of the best-preserved coastal areas of Tenerife.
Nivaria Beach is made up of 116 cozy one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and 6 three-bedroom villas where modern interior design, architecture and comfort invite the warm light of the Canary Islands into your home.
You will have access to an infinity pool, to another big 35 metres swimming pool, two kid´s pools, 2 hot tubs (one of them with spectacular views of the sea), two comfortable sun decks. We also offer a gym, a play area for children with different swings, front desk services and private parking.
Nivaria Beach is situated in Abades, a perfect location for setting up a base camp to explore the island. With easy access to the highway, visiting Tenerife’s main tourist attractions could not be any easier.
But if you are looking to relax under the sun, Nivaria Beach is the ideal place to disconnect on the many nearby beaches or explore hidden treasures
Abades, a calm and natural paradise
In Abades, a small coastal town that radiates peace and quiet, you can experience sunrises silhouetting the island of Gran Canaria. Halfway between northern and southern Tenerife, and easily accessible by the highway, Nivaria Beach is an unbeatable location to set up your base camp for excursions across the island.
But if relaxing under the sun is what you are craving, Nivaria Beach is the perfect place to disconnect from it all. Beaches and coves are just a stone’s throw away; hidden treasures are waiting to be discovered. This stretch of coast is known for its seabed and there are several diving schools in the area. The town also boasts many bars and restaurants with an international vibe, the perfect way to end a day of sightseeing.

Useful information about Nivaria Beach
At Nivaria Beach, check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 PM
In Nivaria Beach there is a reception service open during the day (from 8 am to 10 pm). Our reception staff kindly will help you. If your flight lands late in Tenerife and you are concerned about checking-in, do not worry: a Nivaria Beach staff member will be waiting to give you the key and accompany you to your apartment. We also have a safe outside with a code where we can leave the key. Just let us know in advance what time you will be arriving at the complex to help us coordinate everything.
No. Nivaria Beach does not offer dining services, but all the apartments are equipped with modern kitchens for your enjoyment.
- Smoking inside the apartments and villas is prohibited.
- Please be respectful of other guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM.
- Do not throw away baby wipes or feminine hygiene products (pads or tampons) down the toilet.
- The bathing area is accessed using your apartment key card. Minors that do not know how to swim cannot enter without adult supervision.
- Each apartment has its own numbered parking space.
- The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- The side gate entrances are closed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Do not worry. Nivaria Beach can organize your arrival and we offer airport pick-up services, even early in the morning.
- Besides the prepaid of the total amount of the reservation, it’s mandatory for all our guests to pay a 300 € deposit as a guarantee for the correct use of our apartments and villas.
- The deposit will be paid by credit card in our reception terminals at the check in process, and it will be given back after the check out, once our house keeping staff will check the state of the apartments and villas.
